Installing in central London is as much about timing and access as it is about the graphics. Busy stores cannot close for a morning to change a window. Many streets have red routes or loading restrictions that limit when a van can stop. Shopping centres and department stores usually set access windows before opening or after closing, and ask contractors to book in, sign in and provide paperwork in advance.
