What does event graphics installation involve?
Event graphics installation is the fitting of printed branding at exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, launches and brand activations. The work usually happens in a short build window before the doors open, often overnight, alongside stand builders, electricians and venue staff.

How does the process work?
- Consultation and quote: send us the event details, stand drawings or venue plan, artwork and build times. The consultation is free and the quote is no-obligation.
- Site survey or plan review: where the venue allows, we visit in advance. Otherwise we work from stand drawings and venue information to confirm sizes, surfaces and access. Our site survey guide explains what we look for.
- Installation: our show branding installation team works inside the venue’s build schedule, including overnight and weekend builds, and coordinates with your stand builder on site.
- Sign-off and aftercare: we photograph the finished install for sign-off, stay reachable during the event through our 24/7 emergency call-out, and return for breakdown and removal.
How do you work within exhibition build times?
Build and breakdown windows at exhibition venues are fixed, and graphics often go on last, after the stand structure and electrics. We plan the order of work with your stand builder, arrive with the right equipment, and brief the team on venue rules for access, working at height and health and safety. Yes. We often work alongside stand builders and event agencies, fitting the graphics once the structure is in place. We agree the timing with the builder so both teams can work efficiently.
Can you install overnight before an event opens?
Yes. We regularly work overnight and at weekends to fit within venue build windows so everything is ready before doors open.
Do you remove the graphics after the event?
Yes. We can return for breakdown, remove vinyl and banners, and leave surfaces clean, which is often a condition of the venue.
Can you fit graphics from our own printer?
