What does a vinyl graphics installer do?
A vinyl installer takes printed or cut graphics and applies them to glass, walls, floors, fixtures or vehicles so they look right and stay put. That means checking the surface, cleaning and preparing it, lining up panels to the artwork, applying without bubbles or creases, trimming neatly and sealing the edges. Good graphics installation is the difference between a campaign that looks sharp for months and one that lifts at the corners within a week.

Which vinyl is right for the job?

How does the installation process work?

- Site survey: we measure up, check the surfaces, note access and any working-at-height needs, and flag anything the printer should know. More on this in our site survey guide.
- Installation: our fully trained, fully insured team fits the graphics. For shops and busy offices we can work out of hours, overnight or at weekends so trading is not disrupted.
- Sign-off and aftercare: we photograph the finished work for your records, clear up, and remain available for repairs, maintenance and future changes.
How do you get a bubble-free finish?
Most problems with vinyl come from rushed preparation. We clean and degrease every surface, check glass for chips and seals, and let freshly painted walls cure before applying anything. Large panels are hinged and applied in stages so they stay aligned, and edges are trimmed and sealed on site. Our article on bubble-free vinyl application goes into more detail.

Frequently asked questions
Can you install graphics printed by another company?
Yes. Much of our work is fitting graphics produced by other printers, brands and agencies. We can also speak to your printer before production about sizes, materials and panel joins so the job goes smoothly on the day.
Can you install outside opening hours?
Yes. We regularly install in the evening, overnight and at weekends so shops, offices and public spaces can keep running as normal. We agree the timing with you at the quote stage.
Will vinyl damage my windows or walls when it is removed?
Vinyl on glass generally removes cleanly when taken down properly. Walls depend on the paint and how long the graphic has been in place, so we check the surface at survey stage and recommend a suitable material.
Do you need to survey the site first?
For anything beyond a simple, well-documented job we recommend a site survey. It confirms measurements, surface condition and access, which avoids reprints and wasted visits.
Do you work outside London?
Yes. Our core area is London, Kent and Essex, and we install vinyl graphics nationwide across the UK. We also manage rollouts in other European countries.
