What are vinyl wall graphics?
Wall graphics are printed or cut vinyl applied directly to an interior or exterior wall. They range from a single logo in a reception to a full floor-to-ceiling mural running the length of a corridor. Compared with painting a mural by hand, vinyl is quicker to install, reproduces photography and fine detail accurately, and can be removed or replaced when your brand or campaign changes.

Which vinyl is best for wall graphics?
The wall surface decides a lot. Smooth, sound, painted plaster suits most wall vinyls. Textured surfaces such as brick or rough render need a conformable film applied with heat so it follows the texture. Freshly painted walls need time to cure before vinyl goes on, or the paint can give off gas and cause bubbling. As a general guide:

How does wall mural installation work?

- Installation. We protect floors and furniture, prepare the wall and apply the graphics, matching panel joins carefully. Office and retail installs are often done in the evening, overnight or at weekends.
- Sign-off and aftercare. We clear up, photograph the finished wall and stay on hand for repairs, changes or removal.

Frequently asked questions
Will wall vinyl damage my paintwork when it is removed?
It depends mainly on the paint and how well it is bonded to the wall. Removable vinyls on sound, well-cured paint usually come away cleanly. Weak or poorly prepared paint can lift, so we check the surface at survey and recommend the right film.
Can vinyl be applied to brick or textured walls?
Yes, using a conformable cast vinyl applied with heat so it moulds into the texture. Standard wall vinyl will not bond properly to rough surfaces.
How soon after painting can wall graphics be installed?
Fresh paint needs to cure fully before vinyl is applied, and the time varies with the paint and conditions. Check the paint manufacturer’s guidance and tell us your decorating dates so we can plan the install.
Can you install office wall graphics outside working hours?
Yes. We regularly install in the evening, overnight and at weekends so offices and shops are not disrupted.
Do you install murals printed by another company?
