What is POS installation?
POS installation is the delivery, assembly and fitting of point of sale materials in a retail space: the displays, graphics and fixtures that promote products where customers make buying decisions. It covers everything from a single counter unit to a full in-store campaign with window vinyl, shelf strips, free-standing units and illuminated displays. Retailers and brands use specialist POS installers because in-store teams rarely have the time, tools or access equipment, and because a campaign only works if it goes up correctly and on time in every store.
What POS do we install?
- FSDUs: free-standing display units, assembled, positioned and ready to stock.

How does POS retail installation work?
- Consultation and quote: share the campaign brief, store list and deadline. The consultation is free and quotes are no-obligation.
- Site survey: where needed we survey stores to confirm space, fixings, power and access, and to catch anything that would stop a unit fitting. See our site survey guide.

- Sign-off and aftercare: you get photographic sign-off from every store, and we can return for repairs, maintenance or the next campaign.
Can you install POS across multiple stores?
Yes. Many POS campaigns go live in dozens of stores on the same date. You get one dedicated project manager who plans the schedule, coordinates teams and reports back from every site. Frequently asked questions
What is an FSDU?
An FSDU is a free-standing display unit: a floor-standing display, often made of card or board, that holds and promotes products away from the main shelving. They usually arrive flat-packed and need assembly and careful positioning in store.
Do you install POS supplied by someone else?
Yes. We regularly install displays and graphics produced by brands, agencies and other printers. You do not need to buy the POS from us.
Can POS be installed before the store opens?
Yes. We install early in the morning, after closing, overnight and at weekends so customers and staff are not disrupted. Timings are agreed with you and each store in advance.
Do you remove old POS as well?
Yes. We can take down the previous campaign, clean the surfaces and fit the new materials in the same visit.
How do we know every store has been installed correctly?
Every installation is photographed on completion and reported back to you. On multi-site campaigns your project manager collates this so you can check each store at a glance.
